• NO SMOKING of any kind in the property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars. If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
• No pets are allowed without written permission.
• No parties or events allowed. This is a residential area.
• No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
  We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out unless mutually agreed upon in advance.

Coral House is located on Harbor Island and is a quick walk to all of the essentials. There is a coffee shop, restaurant, and brewery across the street from the property and the beach is less than a 10 min walk! Guests will have full private access to the duplex unit with personal code for self check-in, your own patio, outdoor shower, and two on-site parking spots.

You will not be sharing any space with the guests in the other unit of this duplex.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
•For families with young children, there is a Graco Pack-N-Play included in your stay for free (you will need to provide your own linens). There is also a baby gate installed at the top of the stairs as the stairs in the home are narrow and steep.
